Do I need to book ahead or can I walk in?

While you may walk in, we highly recommend booking ahead, as we cannot guarantee openings for your preferred day and time otherwise. If you’re a member, you can book 7-10 days in advance; non-members can book 5 days in advance.

How many people can play on one simulator?

Question 3

What is the cancellation policy for golf simulators?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time; changes made less than 12 hours in advance will be considered a late cancellation.
No charge for cancellations made with more than 12 hours notice. 
A 50% rental fee will be charged for late cancellations. 
A 100% charge of the rental fee will be applied for no-shows.

How far ahead can I book?

Non-members can book up to 48 hours in advance, and members can book 5, 7, or 10 days in advance.

Is Trackman only for “real golfers?”

Accepted Answer

Definitely not. Our simulators come loaded with features that are perfect for beginners, kids, or a group looking to have some competitive fun.

Question 6

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

Accepted Answer

You’re always welcome to bring your own clubs, but it’s not required. You’ll also have Strata Callaway clubs that you can rent, including Women’s, kids’, and left-handed sets.

What is the cancellation policy for memberships?

MUST CALL TO CANCEL!
Memberships will automatically renew via AutoPay on the first of each month.
Restarting memberships will be limited to the total number of members already signed up.

Can I order food while playing at Golf at the Nest?

Yes! Our full food and beverage menu is available to order during kitchen hours. We also offer exclusive cocktails crafted specifically for enjoying while golfing in the bays.

What are the different membership types?

House Member is a $49 per month membership that includes:
-5-day booking window (so on Monday, you can book a bay on Friday)
-Access to Leagues and Tournaments
-10% off all Bay rentals

The Nest is a $199 per month membership that includes:
-7-day booking window
-Free to play during Member Hours, pending availability
-Eligible to book 2 Hours per day during Member hours
-10% off Peak Bay Rental Hours
-Access to League & Tournament play
(Limited to a maximum of 65 members, a wait list will be created)

The Grinder is $299 per month membership that includes:
-Everything in The Nest Membership plus:
-10-day booking window
-2 Peak hours per month (4 pm – 9 pm daily + (9am-9 pm Saturday & Sunday)
(Limited to a maximum of 35 members, wait list will be created)
